The role of leadership in formulating and manifesting vision cannot be understated. As one of its core pillars, we aim to explore the nature and meaning of leadership within the context of AlSayer’s philosophy. Leadership takes on many forms, from being a market leader to having a clear vision of the path forward, leadership entails inspiring others, displaying resilience, and the ability to effectively navigate in times of crisis. In line with the previous theme of Heritage, this film explores how the company manages to cultivate and maintain itself in the face challenges. This video was created to celebrate AlSayer Group's 70th Anniversary by creating four distinct films that encapsulate the company's core pillars: Heritage, Leadership, Growth; and a film for its Employees.
